Common questions
How do I connect Gmail?
Sign in, then choose Connect Gmail in the Action Inbox or Settings and approve access in the Google window.
My inbox stopped updating.
Open Settings and choose Reconnect Gmail. Crossflo also checks for new mail every hour.
An important email is missing.
Check the Needs Review and Archived tabs. Open the conversation and move it back to the Action Inbox.
Does Crossflo change my Gmail?
No. Crossflo never deletes, archives or labels your Gmail messages. It only sends a reply when you press Send.
How do I delete my data?
In Settings, choose Disconnect and delete my data, or email us. You can also remove access in your Google Account.
